Position: Branch Manager – Retail Banking

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer service and branch performance.
• Lead, motivate, and manage branch staff to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Ensure compliance with all bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and the community.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in retail banking, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets and managing branch operations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• In-depth knowledge of banking products, services, and regulations.
